How do I create a new goal?

From the Goals tab, tap the "+" button to create a new goal. You can choose from our goal library or create a custom goal. Set your target amount, check-in frequency, and start tracking your progress.

How do I add a bill reminder?

Navigate to the Bills tab and tap "Add Bill." Enter the bill name, amount (fixed or variable range), due date, and how often it repeats. ZenNudge will send you gentle reminders before each due date.

What are check-ins?

Check-ins are brief moments to reflect on your progress toward your goals. You'll mark whether you're on track, off track, or haven't started yet. You can also add optional notes to track your journey.

How does impulse spending tracking work?

When you make an unplanned purchase, log it in the Spending tab. You can record the amount, merchant, and what triggered the purchase (ads, stress, boredom, etc.). Over time, you'll see patterns that help you make more mindful spending decisions.

Do you access my bank account?

No. ZenNudge never asks for or accesses your bank credentials, account numbers, or financial institution data. All information in the app is entered by you manually. This is a core part of our privacy-first approach.

How do I enable notifications?

ZenNudge will ask for notification permission when you first set up reminders. If you declined initially, you can enable notifications in your iPhone's Settings > ZenNudge > Notifications.

What financial deadlines does ZenNudge track?

ZenNudge includes deadlines for federal and state taxes, estimated quarterly payments, insurance renewals, license renewals, and more. The deadlines shown are based on your location and any life events you've logged (like marriage or job changes).

How do I delete my account and data?

Go to Settings in the app and tap "Delete Account." This will permanently delete your account and all associated data (goals, bills, spending entries, check-ins) from our servers. This action cannot be undone.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Your authentication tokens are stored in iOS Keychain (encrypted by Apple), all data transmission uses HTTPS encryption, and we never sell or share your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

How do I sign out or switch accounts?

Go to Settings and tap "Sign Out." You can then sign in with a different Google or Apple account. Note that your data is tied to your account, so switching accounts will show different data.

Can I use ZenNudge on multiple devices?

Yes! Sign in with the same Google or Apple account on any iOS device, and your data will sync automatically. ZenNudge is currently available for iOS only.

Is ZenNudge free?

ZenNudge is free to download and use. We may introduce premium features in the future, but the core goal tracking, bill reminders, and spending tracking will always be free.
