From the Goals tab, tap the “+” button to create a new goal. You can choose from our goal library or create a custom goal. Set your target amount, check-in frequency, and start tracking your progress.

Go to the Bills tab and tap “Add Bill.” Enter the bill name, amount (fixed or a variable range), due date, and how often it repeats. ZenNudge will send you gentle reminders before each due date.

Check-ins are brief moments to reflect on your progress toward your goals. You'll mark whether you're on track, off track, or haven't started yet, and you can add optional notes to track your journey.

When you make an unplanned purchase, log it in the Spending tab. Record the amount, merchant, and what triggered it (an ad, stress, boredom, and so on). Over time you'll see patterns that help you make more mindful decisions.

You add the goals, bills, and spending you want to track yourself. It only takes a moment, and you stay in control of what's in the app.

ZenNudge asks for notification permission when you first set up reminders. If you declined, you can enable notifications in your iPhone's Settings → ZenNudge → Notifications.

ZenNudge can track deadlines like federal and state taxes, estimated quarterly payments, insurance renewals, and license renewals. The deadlines shown are based on your location and any life events you've logged, such as marriage or a job change.

Go to Settings in the app and tap “Delete Account.” This permanently deletes your account and all associated data (goals, bills, spending entries, and check-ins) from our servers. This action cannot be undone.

Yes. Your authentication tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain, all data transmission uses HTTPS encryption, and we never sell or share your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Go to Settings and tap “Sign Out.” You can then sign in with a different Google or Apple account. Your data is tied to your account, so switching accounts shows different data.

Yes. Sign in with the same Google or Apple account on another iPhone and your data syncs automatically. ZenNudge is currently available for iPhone.

Yes. ZenNudge is free to download and use, with no in-app purchases.
